Project Overview:
The Ki:Ki Association has contracted Riley to produce civil designs at four locations across the Tohono O’odham Nation as part of their commitment to providing affordable and quality housing to members of the tribe. Qualified applicants were given their choice of location for their new homes, with each location possessing unique challenges and opportunities in terms of site civil design. In formulating the best layout for the sites, the Riley team took the time to get to know each location personally. One-on-one communication with the tribal utility authorities in the field and back at the office greatly expedited the development process, ensuring that each homeowner will receive a well-thought out home, on time and on budget, that will serve their families for generations to come.
